• Each person, adult or child, counts towards the total. For more than 2 guests, the price is calculated as if there were 4 guests, with an additional €10 per night.

• The final cleaning fee is €50 (standard) or €100 (with pets).

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the option to pay in three installments. The following are included in your stay: air conditioning, parking, bed linen, and towels.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
• Trash Disposal: Please dispose of your trash properly.
• Respect for Property: Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with respect.
• Damages: Any damages caused during your stay will be your responsibility.
• Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Linens & Towels: We provide linens and towels. However, please bring your own beach towels.
• Ferry Schedules: We are not responsible for any changes to ferry schedules or other external factors that may affect your stay.
• Sustainability: Apartment Vrba promotes sustainable tourism. We encourage guests to explore and support local businesses, minimize waste, and use eco-friendly cleaning products. We provide information on local markets, restaurants, and shops, fostering a connection with the community.
• Safety: Your safety and comfort are our priority. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with minimal traffic, offering a secure environment for families. We provide child-safe socket covers and can arrange for a baby crib and high chair upon request. A well-stocked first-aid kit is also available.
• Groups & Social Gatherings: While designed for a cozy stay, Apartment Vrba is also perfect for small groups or families. The spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen allow for comfortable gatherings. The large terrace provides ample space for outdoor dining and relaxation.
• Wellness: Unwind and rejuvenate in the peaceful atmosphere of Apartment Vrba. The large terrace offers a tranquil setting for relaxation and meditation. We can provide information on local yoga studios or massage therapists upon request.
• Local Experience: Discover the charm of Supetar and the island of Brač! We provide a guidebook with recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, activities, and points of interest. We're happy to help arrange tours or excursions to enhance your stay.
